Established on St. John in 1975 as a family management company, we offer fully equipped, self catering vacation homes that are clean, private, well maintained, nicely furnished and reasonably priced for your comfortable St. John vacation. Each home is a personally owned private home, so each is unique in design and atmosphere. Each home is by itself on a private lot and has their own unique view and individual charm.
We personally meet each guest in Cruz Bay on their arrival and escort them to their rental vehicle and then to their home away from home. We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
So come and enjoy lovely water vistas and lush, green hills from the decks of one of our two to four bedroom homes situated throughout our tiny island of St. John.

All of our homess have full kitchens, large decks with ocean views, privacy, screens, fans, phone, Cable TV / VCR, DVD, stereo, washer & dryer, microwave and outside gas grill.
All linens including beach towels are provided.Every home has either a pool or a hot tub or both.
