Contact
us:
You can e-mail us by clicking on our e-mail address. Please
include
your name, address, phone number, house name you wish to reserve and
your
arrival and departure dates.

Deposit:
We will mail you a deposit notice via US Post Office if the home
is available, or
we will notify you if it is not.
A deposit of 50% of the first week is required to confirm your reservation.
We
do accept personal checks.
The reservation will be held for
three weeks from the
time the deposit notice is sent.

Vehicle:
Vehicle information will be included with the deposit notice.
A vehicle is almost a must if you rent a home. It will enable you to get to all our beaches, even the most secluded ones and you will also have the freedom to visit both sides of our beautiful island and enjoy our wonderful restaurants.

Confirmation:
After we receive your deposit we will send you a confirmation
letter,
which will include ferry schedules and how to reach
St. John,
the villa telephone number and information on how we meet you, etc.

Balance:
The balance of the rental amount and hotel tax is due upon arrival.
We accept checks, traveler's checks and cash, but we do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations for ANY reason more than 30 days prior to arrival,
there is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental. For cancellations
30 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund of your deposit. If we are able to re-rent the villa for the entire rental period, there will
be no cancellation fee, but a 10% administration fee will apply on
the total rental. No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. If you have dates reserved with a deposit, you are responsible for those dates even from delays caused by illness, weather, unforeseen events or airline problems.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended
to prevent loss if sickness,
weather, airline failure, or unforeseen events change your plans.
