Tree Tops is a spacious, comfortable home offering peace and tranquility.

Sit on the decks and listen to the sounds of the tropical forest, enjoy the scent of the bay trees, or wander the landscaped gardens filled with a variety of local fruit trees.

Tree Tops has cable television, DVD, and a surround sound stereo system. There is a phone, answering machine and DSL in the great room and phones located throughout the home.

The large kitchen is complete with lots of counter space, microwave, refrigerator, wall oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender, or step out the kitchen door and use the gas grill.

The dining room seats six with a temperature controlled wine cooler close by.

A laundry room with washer and dryer are adjacent to the kitchen.

Two more bedrooms each with a full bath are located in a separate guest house, ensuring lots of privacy.

The upper bedroom is accessed by a walk way which is attached to the deck off the kitchen. It has two twin beds that can also be made up as a king.

Guest bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto their own decks.

The lower bedroom, with a queen bed and a full bath, can be reached by a circular staircase off the upper bedroom deck or by following walkways from the front entrance or the pool deck.

Enjoy the view facing north, across upper Coral Bay and and across Sir Francis Drake Channel to the British islands of Great Thatch and Jost Van Dyke.

Tree Tops is on Bordeaux Mountain, 5.5 miles from Cruz Bay and then .9 mile on paved Bordeaux Mountain Road, then a very short unpaved side road.

2.5 miles from the Northshore beaches of Francis and Maho Bays and
three miles to quiet Coral Bay.
