Poinciana is the perfect home for a honeymoon or a family vacation.

Throw a towel over your shoulder and walk down our private path to the beach on Hart Bay to sun or snorkel. Hart Bay is on the western side of Rendezvous Bay.

The beach is partially stone, but there are sandy spots to throw down a towel, or just walk and explore. A great place for children to get to know the shore life.

This waterfront home with native stone walls has wrap around decks for lounging and dinning.
The main level has the master bedroom with bath, living and dining areas, kitchen and a laundry room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, fridge with ice maker, blender, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Step out the kitchen door onto the tiled deck and use the gas grill.

Poinciana also has cable television, VCR, DVD, stereo system with CD, telephones and an answering machine. 

A curving native stone staircase which leads from the upper deck to the two bedrooms on the lower level encompasses an outdoor beach shower.

Relax with a book in the hammock on the shaded lower deck.

Off the main deck, take two steps down to the large eight person spa and watch the stars over the bay.

Poinciana has three bedrooms.

The master bedroom on the upper level has a king bed and full bath.
Open the french doors from the bedroom, and stop out onto the deck.

The sounds of the ocean are a constant soothing background, and continual sea breezes keep this home cool and comfortable all year long.

On the lower level are two bedrooms, separated by a small deck.
One bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bath and is located in the guest building.
A bedroom with two twin beds is located downstairs form the living room.

Parents with very young children sometimes choose to use the two lower bedrooms, or a roll away can be provided.
