with ice maker, toaster oven,
blender, and coffee maker.

Step out the kitchen door onto the tiled deck and use the gas grill.

Dine inside or dine outside and enjoy the sunshine and breeze.

A curving native stone staircase which leads from the upper deck to the two bedrooms on the lower level encompasses an outdoor beach shower.

Off the main deck, take two steps down to the large eight person spa and watch the stars over the bay.

Poinciana has three bedrooms.

The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed and full bath.

Open the french doors from the bedroom, and step out onto the deck.

On the lower level are two bedrooms, separated by a small deck.

One bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bath and is located in the guest building.

Step out onto the deck, and take a nap in the hammock!

A bedroom with two twin beds is located downstairs from the living room.

Parents with very young children sometimes choose to use the
two lower bedrooms, or a roll away
can be provided.

The beach at Hart Bay is mostly rocky, but there are a couple spots to
throw down a towel and sit,
or just walk and explore.

As is faces the prevailing breeze, it keeps the home comfortable, but often keeps the surf up and making it a little too rough to swim.
