Sago Palms consists of two buildings connected by decks and a curved staircase of native stone.

The lovely furnishings in the home are complemented by many original
works of art and superb craftsmanship as shown in all the custom cabinetry.

The great room has cable television, DVD, VCR, stereo surround sound system with CD, comfortable furnishings, wifi/DSL, a dining area with a mahogany dining table that seats eight, and a guest bath.

There is a wonderful custom designed and hand crafted, gourmet kitchen with glass topped electric stove, dish washer, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker.
All rooms have a telephone and there is an answering machine in the living room.

and sliding glass doors facing
the ocean views.
All the bedroom sliding glass doors
have roll down shades.

The master bedroom has a king size mahogany four poster bed,
a large bathroom, and a private deck which can only be accessed
through the bedroom.

A second bedroom suite is located below the great room and main deck for maximum privacy.

This suite has a full bath, a sitting room with cable television, and it's own
private deck, which can only be
accessed through the bedroom.

The third bedroom opens onto the
pool deck and has two queen size beds and a full bath.
Roll down shades, on the three sliding glass doors, offer total privacy for guests.

Sago Palms is located in one of greener and cooler areas of St. John and is surrounded by National Park land with the exception of one other home in this exclusive neighborhood.

On the same level as the two lower bedrooms, in private splendor,
is the custom infinity pool overlooking some of the prettiest water views
St. John has to offer.

On the pool deck is a wet bar complete with blender, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a dining table shaded by an overhanging deck.
A full laundry room is also
located on the pool deck.
Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, masks & snorkels are provided.

The entrance to Sago Palms is two miles from Cruz Bay off Centerline Road.

There is a .7 mile partially paved road leading to this private Northshore area.

This is an adult home - no children under 16.
